Ordering
Do I need an account to place an order? No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orders, review past purchases, save your delivery details for faster checkout, and get early access to new collections through our seasonal Lookbook.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed securely. Please ensure your billing details are entered correctly to avoid delays.
What currency will I be charged in? All orders are charged in US Dollars by default.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries do you ship to? We ship worldwide, including the USA, UK, UAE, Canada, Australia, and Europe. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How long does delivery take?

Express delivery is available for in-stock designs and sizes.
Is my package insured? Yes. All orders are fully insured against theft and accidental damage in transit from our end to your delivery address. Once signed for at your address, the package is no longer covered.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return or exchange my order? We offer exchanges for a different size, subject to stock availability. If you'd like a different style entirely, we recommend returning your item for store credit and placing a new order separately.
What is your returns policy? Items must be returned unused, unworn, and with all Anam Akhlaq tags attached. Any designer packaging, dust bags, or authenticity cards included with your order should also be returned. Items that are damaged, soiled, or missing tags may not be accepted.

Sizing & Fit
How do I find my size? Each product page includes size options from Extra Small to Extra Large. For detailed measurements, refer to our Size Chart. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us and we'll advise based on the specific piece.
Are dupattas included with every outfit? Most pieces offer a dupatta as an add-on option at checkout — you can choose "With Dupatta" or "Without Dupatta" on the product page. Dupatta fabric and finish are detailed in the product description.
About the Brand
Where are Anam Akhlaq clothes made? All pieces are designed and crafted in Pakistan using premium fabrics — pure silk, raw silk, chiffon, and organza. Each garment is made to order with handwork executed by skilled artisans.
Do you have a physical store? Anam Akhlaq is available in Pakistan at Ensemble and FPL. International customers can shop exclusively through this website with worldwide delivery in 2 weeks.
How do I stay updated on new arrivals? Follow us on Instagram @anamakhlaq and Facebook for new drops, styling inspiration, and collection previews. New arrivals are added regularly — if it's here, it won't be for long.
